Log in to your Rakuten account and navigate to the employee referral program page. This is typically found through your company's internal portal or a direct link shared by your employer.
On the referral page, you'll find your unique referral link or code. Copy this link - you'll share it with your colleague. Each referral link is tied to your Rakuten account.
Send your referral link to your colleague via email, LINE, Slack, or any messaging app. Make sure they understand they need to use this specific link when signing up for Rakuten Mobile.
Your colleague clicks your referral link, which takes them to the Rakuten Mobile application page. They complete the normal signup process. The referral code is automatically applied when they use your link.

Your colleague completes the Rakuten Mobile application, receives their SIM card, and activates the service. The referral bonus is typically processed after the new line is activated and active for a qualifying period.
After your colleague's line is activated and the qualifying period passes, both of you will receive bonus Rakuten Points. You can check the status in your Rakuten account under the referral program page.
